You are solely responsible for the contents of transactions. Bambinokids does not exercise any kind of correction or intervention in the data you transfer. You must fill in the fields correctly in the online contact forms. Your use of the Bambinokids site is subject to Greek and international laws and you agree not to use our site to violate these laws. Each user who enters and uses the services of the online store is deemed to consent and unconditionally accept the terms set forth in this text, without any exception. If a user does not agree with the terms, he must refrain from using the online store and from any transaction with it. Submitting your order implies acceptance of this contract and all its terms. Customer Obligations You are responsible for product selection and suitability for your purposes, as well as telephone and postal costs for contacting Bambinokids, if any. Electronic shopping-orders Orders must be received in writing online by completing and sending the order form available at www.bambinokids.gr and are binding only if accepted by our store with relevant order status update you will receive with the order confirmation. You must check the order confirmation and notify Bambinokids immediately (no later than within two hours of receipt of the electronic notification) in writing, by e-mail of any error. Before sending the order form, you should know that the listed prices of the products displayed on the site pages include the statutory VAT, as well as that the various product offers are valid until stocks last or until the end of the specified date. Bambinokids is not responsible and is not bound for any errors in characteristics, photos and prices of products listed on the site www.bambinokids.gr and cannot ensure that there will be no errors from any cause when introducing and/or updating the features and/or price of a product. Bambinokids provides the user with the possibility of ordering the products available through the online store and receiving the products from our store. In particular, the customer can choose through the online store the product(s) he wants and receive his order, paying the purchase price in cash, when receiving the products from the store. Product Returns You have the right to return the products you have purchased, without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase of the products products. Returns are only accepted if the following conditions apply: a) You have informed us of the impending return by phone or e-mail. b) The products are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without the paper tag having been removed and without their original packaging having been damaged. c) The products are accompanied by the receipt of retail sale. Distribution of products The products can be sent to you anywhere within the Greek territory. The products will be sent to the exact address you indicated on the order form by courier. In areas where it is not possible to send your order through the courier service, the delivery time is that provided by the courier. Shipments are made every day, except Sundays and holidays. The delivery time stated in the order confirmation is approximate. Bambinokids will make every effort to ship the products to you within 1-3 working (Monday to Friday) days. Cases of force majeure Bambinokids is not responsible for delays in order execution (including delivery) due to circumstances beyond Bambinokids’ fault or due to force majeure and will be entitled to an extension of time for execution. Examples include strikes, extreme weather events, acts of terrorism, war, supplier/transportation/production problems, government or legislative acts and natural disasters. If such incidents last more than two months, this contract may be terminated by either party without compensation. Intellectual Property All the contents of the site (including texts, graphics, images, photos and software) are the intellectual property of Bambinokids and are protected by Greek and international legislation. Any copying, reproduction and retransmission of the material is prohibited without the written permission of the company. Personal data The personal data you provide us is used by us exclusively to process your order or to answer your question. We consider the applications you fill out and the e-mail you send confidential information. We do not transfer their content except to the directly interested recipient and to the law, if this is requested of us. Company Liability Limits By using the site, you fully agree that the use is at your own risk. Bambinokids makes every effort to provide a high quality service, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions or errors. Product photos are indicative and colors may vary due to the resolution and settings of each user’s screen. User Obligations Users during their purchases through bambinokids.gr must check the correctness of the data they enter before completing and finally accepting them. After completing the order, the user/customer will receive a confirmation e-mail for this purchase and as soon as we confirm the payment, the shipment of the ordered products will be initiated.
