Returns Policy

BambinoKids’ goal is satisfied customers. If, nevertheless, the user wishes to change or return a product, he has the right to do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt, after having previously contacted our company by phone at 23310 28846, via the page’s live chat or via e-mail at st.semertzidou1@gmail.com *NOTE: The return is always made with the same carrier with which the product was received. For a product to be accepted as a return, it must be in exactly the same condition as it was delivered to the customer. That is:
  • Product must not be used
  • Product must not be worn
  • Product must not have been washed or altered
  • The identification tag must be attached to the product along with all designer fabric tags
  • All the documents that accompanied the shipment (Proof of Retail Sale – T.D.A. etc.) should be included in the parcel. .
The user is obliged to test the product he bought without removing the tag, otherwise it is considered that the product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered and cannot accepted as return. It is not allowed to paste labels and packing tapes on the packing box. If the returned product boxes are damaged, the return will not be accepted. If all the above conditions are met, BambinoKids is obliged to replace the product with any other item the customer wishes. In case of a higher value, the difference is charged to the customer. Returns of products are made at the current price of each item on the date they are received at BambinoKids by the courier. The cost of the return and new shipment is borne by the user at €4.50 regardless of the amount. In case of return-cancellation, the administration cost amounts to €12.
